All of our wedding collections come with a complimentary engagement session. It’s a great time to get to know each other and get comfortable in front of the camera.

This takes place about 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding. We will reach out to you to set up this appointment whether it be via email, zoom or in person.

This is the moment you’ve been planning and waiting for and it’s happening! We will be by your side every step of the way and we will manage our time wisely. We got this! Your job is to sit back and enjoy the day!

You will receive a sneak peek gallery with around 50 images 2-3 days after your wedding. It takes us about 8 weeks to finish up your gallery. Once it is complete and uploaded, you will receive an email and text.

In order to lock in your wedding date a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are needed! Remaining balance for your wedding invoice is due 30 days before the event.

Absolutely, we love to travel, whether it’s domestic or international. Message us for more details.

Do you travel?

No we do not.  We do some soft, natural retouching on skin and fix blemishes in Lightroom but other than that, our goal is to capture you the way you are.

Do you use photoshop?

Unfortunately, no. There is a reason most photographers do not send clients straight out of camera shots. RAW files are incrediby large and require expensive software to view them properly.

Will we get the RAW images?

We have an incredibly talented team of photographers who are dedicated to capturing every beautiful moment of your wedding day. In the unlikely event that your assigned photographer is unavailable, another equally experienced photographer from our team will step in seamlessly. Rest assured, all wedding galleries are personally edited by Lavel to reflect that warm, nostalgic, and romantic style that made you fall in love with our work from the start.

What happens if you can’t shoot our wedding?

We use professional mirrorless cameras for sharp, high-quality results. I shoot with four Nikon Z6ii bodies, usually paired with a 50mm and a 24–70mm lens. Our team uses a range of lenses from 24mm to 200mm, plus a few fun creative tools to bring extra magic to your day.


What equipment do you use?

Sneak peeks will be sent out within 3 days of your event and the full edited gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks. Engagement/portrait galleries are delivered within 7 days.


How long will it take to get our wedding gallery?

Yes! If your venue needs proof of insurance, just give me their contact info and I can email that over to them.


Are you insured and licensed?

This is thoroughly explained in my contract. Your retainer fee is non-refundable for the date you book with me as it served to reserve the day and I turned down other inquiries. You can reschedule a new date based on our availability.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule our wedding?


One or more of our associate photographers will be selected for your wedding based on availability. Each photographer maintains the same artistic style and uses professional-grade equipment to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.

Who will be our Wedding Photographer?

Your online gallery includes access to our professional printing labs, allowing you to purchase prints, canvases, acrylics, books, and albums directly through your PASS Gallery.

How do we purchase products?

Each wedding, elopement, and photo session is unique, making it challenging to provide an exact number of images. We do not limit the number of photos we deliver. Typically, for weddings, you can expect to receive approximately 80-100 images per hour of coverage.
